Welcome to Shepton Cheer
Shepton High School cheerleaders and mascot are first and foremost representatives of their school and must exemplify at all times behavior suitable to their position. They are required to support all school activities and to lead the spectators in cheers. Cheerleading is not a right; it is a privilege and an elected responsibility given to them by the judge(s). They are leaders and are expected to set good examples for the other students. Respect for Shepton High School, the other members of the squad, the coaches, and the school authorities will be maintained at all times.
Please see the Shepton Cheer Constitution if you have further questions.

ABOUT COACH Carter
My name is ShiConna Carter and I have been a part of the Shepton Cheer Family for 2 years. I am from Carrollton, Texas (born and raised). I have been cheering and dancing since I was four years old. I attended Stephen F. Austin State University, where I was apart of the two time back-to-back NCA/NDA national championship winning dance team. I had to put a brief pause on cheering and dancing to focus on successfully obtaining my Masters at Texas Southern University. I am so happy to be embracing cheer once more in my life as a coach and I look forward to having one of many great years to come.
